Joseph Johns

Joseph Johns has been living in Colorado since 1995, and is a resident and member of The Club at Cordillera. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and a former submariner and Information Technology industry executive with extensive international experience and residency running businesses in Europe, as well as having held board director positions in several industries in China, Mexico and the United States.
As a resident of Boulder for several years with a second home in the Vail Valley, Joseph Johns developed an appreciation for the unique needs and concerns of multiple property owners. He has invested in real estate over several decades.
He has experience in building businesses to over $600M, in successful business turnarounds, and in incubating companies, as well as in mergers and acquisitions. And, with graduate degrees from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and relationships with financial industry experts, Joe can provide exceptional, discreet service to investors requiring a knowledgeable agent or to buyers seeking the most favorable terms and rates.
